Directions

Tbrima Powder Mix:
1. Mix 2 tablespoons of Tbrima powder blend with water or Moroccan black soap.
2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of rose water.
3. Mix until smooth.
Nila Powder Mask:
1. Mix 1 teaspoon of Nila powder with 2 tablespoons plain yogurt until combined.
Pre-Shower Sidr Hair Treatment (Optional):
1. Boil water and add onion. Cool to warm temperature.
2. Add 1 clove garlic and 1 sprig rosemary.
3. Mix with Sidr powder in a bowl.
4. Optional: add a few drops of Argan or olive oil.
5. Let the mixture sit 1–2 hours before applying to scalp.
6. Apply to scalp, leave as directed, then rinse before shampooing.
In the Shower:
1. Wet skin with warm water.
2. Apply Tbrima–Black soap mixture on wet skin and wait 2–5 minutes.
3. Wet the Kessa glove and wring out excess water.
4. Scrub skin in back-and-forth or up-and-down motions. Dead skin will begin to lift.
5. Rinse off dead skin with water.
6. Apply Nila mask to entire body. Scrub in circular motions. Let sit 5–10 minutes, then rinse completely.
